Board of Directors

Mother Road Productions, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors who is responsible for the adoption, making, altering, or repealing of the By-Laws of the Corporation. The by-laws have been in effect for the corporation since the beginning of 2007 and are maintained at the corporation’s principal office in New Mexico and, subject to inspection and copying by the public. Members of the governing board share a combined 160 years of experience as working professionals, most notably, involved in entrepreneurial endeavors, human resources, management, development, and teaching.
